Do you actually come to me, or do I drop the car off?
The van comes to you. Work happens at your home, your workplace, or wherever the car is parked, including condo parkades and office lots. There is nowhere to drop anything off.
What happens if it turns out to need a shop?
You are told before any money is spent. Some repairs genuinely need a hoist, press, or specialist shop equipment. If yours does, you get a clear explanation and the best next step instead of an improvised repair on site.
How do I know the price will not change once you arrive?
The quote is given before the visit and it is what you pay. If something else is found, you get a call and a price, and nothing extra is done until you agree to it.
Do you supply the parts?
Yes, and you see the cost before they are ordered. If you would rather supply your own parts, that works too, and you only pay for the labour.
What areas do you cover?
Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, and Coquitlam, roughly 45 km out. If you are just past the edge, call and ask.
Is there a warranty?
Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. There is no separate warranty on the labour, which is why every job is quoted and agreed before anything starts.
